1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.

  • Returns must be initiated within [30 days] of delivery.

  • Certain items are non-returnable, including:

    • Electrical or electronic components

    • Clearance or sale items

    • Special order or custom products

 

 

2. Return Process

  1. Contact us at shop@rocketperformanceproducts.com to request a Return Authorization.

  2. Ship items back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

  3. Once received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your return.

 

 

3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • A restocking fee of 10% may apply.

 

 

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

 

 

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For other exchanges, please place a new order once your return is processed.
